And God blessed...

Sorry my post has been such a long time coming. But good news comes to those who wait.
Last night was our first official small group bible study. I got there about ten minutes late (I had to hurry to get off work in time!) and when I drove up, the driveway was full and there were cars in the street. Okay, so one of those cars in the driveway was Mike's, but still...we had a grand total of 7 for our first small group. Now some of you are saying, "Seven, what a let down." But others of you are really getting our excitement. Since our core group is four, that means there were three people there for our FIRST small group!
I think that our first three will be a repeat three next friday night. And hopefully multiply into more.
Their being there was definitely an encouragement to us. Encouragement to keep meeting new people. Encouragement to keep spreading the word that the Bible is relevant to everyone. Encouragement to keep telling people that Jesus is what's missing in their lives.
Please keep praying for an even greater harvest and life change in those we make contact with.
